By downloading, installing, or using Habit Arena ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Habit Arena is a competitive habit-tracking application that allows users to create and participate in 7-day habit duels with other users. Users track daily habits through photo-verified check-ins and compete on a public leaderboard.
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The App offers a free tier with limited features, including one active duel and preset habit categories.
The Pro subscription ($4.99/month) unlocks additional features including more active duels, custom habits, AI coaching, and daily motivational quotes. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
New users receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features when their first duel becomes active. No payment information is required for the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
You are solely responsible for the photos you submit as check-in proof. Photos must be taken live using your device camera and must be appropriate for all audiences. By submitting photos, you grant us a limited license to store and display them to your duel opponent for the purpose of the duel.

The AI Coach feature provides automated motivational messages and insights based on your habit data. These messages are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice (medical, psychological, or otherwise). The AI Coach is provided for motivational purposes only.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Habit Arena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including check-in photos or duel history.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habit Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
